Bolly Triple Feature Sunday -- Namastey London, Kuch Naa Kaho, Veer
I had some free time for once, so I watched three movies in a row yesterday. :-) First was Namastey London with Akshay Kumar. I wasn't expecting a lot out of this, to be honest, since I'm not much of an Akki fan. However, I liked him in this, or at least didn't outright dislike him, which is an improvement! Nan's 13th Birthday!
My daughter's 13th bday was last weekend and we had a Bollywood birthday bash! We played Bollywood songs and cooked Indian food. Here are some pics:
The Om Shanti Om cake! This took forever to make, BTW. Hahaha. Mainly because it's three different kinds of cake (white coconut, chocolate, and red velvet). We still have cake sitting on the kitchen table a week later, oy.
