I have been a Bollywood fan for more than 15 years, and am thrilled to run across this website at 3:05am, Saturday morning.  I also watch Namaste America on Saturday morning at 10:00am, which is usually how I keep abreast of what's going on in Bollywood.

Sajid Khan was my first love from India.  He appeared in the classic film, "Mother India" in 1957, and received billing as "Master Sajid Khan."  He was probably about 6 years old.  I was amazed by his acting ability at such a young age in the film.  The beautiful and talented actress, Nargis, Sunil Dutt, Raaj Kumar, and Rajendra Kumar also starred in this classic epic.  Nargis would later marry Sunil Dutt, who became the parents of Sanjay, Anju, and Priya Dutt.  The film was directed by Sajid's adoptive father, Mehboob Khan, founder of Mehboob Studios in Mumbai.

Sajid Khan also appeared with Jay North in the U.S. TV series, "MAYA."  He was also featured in teen magazines in the U.S.  I still have a lot of my scrapbook photos of him.

I look forward to sharing my passion for the making of Bollywood films, as well as for the talented actors, actresses, choreographers, musicians, and the numerous talented individuals who work behind the scenes to make the these lavish costume fantasies.
